The industry trend, particularly the Automotive segment, goes in the direction of lighter weight, with larger functionalised surfaces for which only a few polymeric materials can give valuable answers. Of course in the opaque applications, Carbon Fibres, – both for injection (granules) or thermoformed solutions (sheets – are becoming increasingly important, while for transparent large surface applications the material of excellence is still Polycarbonate. A product that 2Mila management has handled and dealt with since 1980.

Our new challenge is therefore to provide a consistent availability of a range of Polycarbonate raw materials. Which means to be ready to offer a product mix able to cover the whole conversion needs, from General Purpose injection molding grades up to high viscosity high clarity extrusion grades, all of them with a high quality pattern suitable for engineering applications.
Today 2Mila Trading is ready to offer such high quality products, coming from a qualified fully integrated non-European source. Raw material (granulate) produced with a very updated, Non-Phosgene based, technology. An innovative and sustainable production process.
Today 2Mila can provide these high purity grades in natural – crystal clear – versions. Products that have proven to have an outstanding lot-by-lot consistency, and above average mechanical performance properties. With an additional plus for our customers: our deep knowledge in application development and international market dynamics.
